Our vision is a growing number of non-profit co-operative communities that provide secure and healthy homes as a foundation for fulfilling lives.
MISSION
To expand and promote the supply of non-market housing by acquiring and converting land and/or buildings, and by fostering the development of new co-operative housing communities.

IDENTITY

The Statement of the Cooperative Identity states that a co-operative is an autonomous association of persons united voluntarily to meet their common economic, social, and cultural needs and aspirations through a jointly owned and democratically controlled enterprise.
